Chris heads CRM for Sephora in Southeast Asia; his teams cover all aspects of customer service, analytics and engagement across the global beauty retailer's online and brick-and-mortar operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand. Chris graduated with a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Nottingham in the UK. His 12-year career in using data to drive customer strategy and business decisions spans a range of industries including consumer finance, loyalty, retail, entertainment and airlines.
