Simon LeeRegional General Manager, Asia
Simon Lee is the Regional General Manager, Asia for Genesys commercial and mid-market business. He joined Interactive Intelligence Inc. (ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions since January 2001 and has been with the company for more than 16 years before being acquired by Genesys in January 2017. Simon has been in the IT industry for the past 30 years. He started his career selling Wang mini and mainframe computers. He then moved into BASS Consulting, one of the largest software integration companies in the country, focused on systems integration, turnkey application development and traditional contact centre solutions. Simon was the first employee of ININ in the region and was responsible for the setting up of ININ’s Asia Pacific HQ in Kuala Lumpur in January 2001. In his current capacity, he is responsible for the commercial and mid-market business, covering countries such as Greater China, India, Korea and Southeast Asia.
