• 2010 to 2014- handled program management and managed telemarketing channel for Insurance cross-selling to increase credit card usage.
o Grew business from 30 to 120 seats.
o Increased from 2 to 4 insurance products per year
• 2015 to present- Assigned as Head of Telesales. Role was expanded to include new credit card acquisition, portfolio action and anti-attrition to be sold via telemarketing.
o 2017- introduced offering of prepaid cards, internet cards as part of new cards acquisition.
